How do we work ?
For each mandate, we run a new search, within and outside our network, to find the most suited candidate.
Our searches are highly focused. We routinely find candidates in the most esoteric industry sectors, and we are specifically acknowledged as being able to rapidly deliver candidates under the most challenging criteria.
Our principals have provided written and oral evidence in court. They have also each recruited and supervised dozens of experts, and therefore have developed strong screening and selection skills to find the right candidate for a particular mandate.
Once engaged, we support the consultant or expert throughout the litigation process from start to finish, ensuring the experts’ reports are of the highest quality and assisting experts in their preparations before testifying in court.
Our principals stay engaged to make certain that the overall experience is of the highest standard and address any issues that may arise.

Valere will typically only charge for the work conducted by its experts. Our clients do not have to be concerned about hidden or non-transparent costs from the supporting Valere personnel.
